The glare is pretty awesome, I also like the text placement and font but it could be A bit smaller. I like the pics as well I love how you have the group shot faded into the background with the main focus on Charlie.

Looks pretty nice man, although I'm not a big fan of the sub font used. And I think maybe there could be a colour on the font? No big deal though.
