Hulk Hogan winning the championship will get media attention, but in a bad way. Hogan is a star, people still watch him(look how much attention he got from his sex tape), if he wins the championship if the second biggest wrestling company in America, people will watch it, but more shit will come. I can see the first episode of him being the world champion being iffy on the ratings, people leaving because Hogan fucked up TNA, and people coming to see if it really is true and what he is doing. I believe though that he should not become TNA champion, he is to old, he gets enough screen time, and the roster would look like shit. Their best superstar lost to an old man, their top superstar lost to an old man who went through multiple surgeries, so it would bury everyone else on the roster immediately. Hulk Hogan winning the TNA championship would do something Rome couldn't do, build a city in one day, but this city will be a graveyard city. He has enough attention, and he has a good history already, he doesn't need this championship at all, sure the promo may be entertaining but it would not be worth it at all.
