Hulk Hogan is suing Southland Imports and Suntrup Automotive Group after a commercial featured a voice over character that Hogan claims intimidated his voice and used his catchphrases. Hogan specifically mentioned, "The heavy use of "brother" to refer to one's acquaintances, pointing to one's own muscles and referring to them as 'guns', reference to fans as 'Hulkamaniacs'." The suit seeks unspecified damages.

Hogan just desperate for money? or Hogan really wanting them to drop the commercial?

Damn he makes sure to catch everything that could possibly use his likeness. Think it's more of him just trying to show how powerful is more than it is about money.

well unless he owns the word brother, and pointing to your muscles, then there's nothing really.

hulkamaniacs is a problem.

Providing the advert is exactly as it's written in the OP, then Hogan definitley has a claim to make.

Damn, first Fruity Pebbles commercials, now Car Dealerships? He's gotta be desperate for money.
