They have $300m+.
Three HUNDRED million? Source? Cause if they're stupid enough to deliberately do this, then they have shit.

Florida judge went hard on those assholes. Seriously.

He doesn't need any lawsuit money to form his own promotion. He ran his tour with many other wrestlers in 2009. 2 years after a divorce and a lawsuit on his son.
It costs a lot of money to run a promotion like TNA. It requires so much money, that no wonder TNA is failing. They can't promote themselves above their means at the moment. With the money Hogan would've made from this lawsuit, he can invest into TNA and push the brand forward. TNA is currently so broke, that they let go many big stars. All they really have right now, is EC3, and a bunch of mid-carders that are about to be promoted into the main event picture.

However, Denton is so blind, that he doesn't realize the damage he's done to Hogan, is currently trying to appeal the court's decision, and pay $50 Million to do it. It's going to cost Denton, but hey, it's not my business.

TNA being broke always boggled my mind. I'm sure they aren't making money but the Panda Energy machine will drive it forward. No matter what the cost.

Panda aren't involved in TNA any more are they?
Dixie Carter is the daughter of the owner of Panda Energy. They will always be involved until Carter leaves.
