Hogan and Piper Updates for WM30

Roddy Piper was a guest on Steve Austin's podcast, and Austin bought up if the rumors of a Piper vs. Hogan match taking place at WrestleMania 30 are true, and Piper basically confirmed it saying:

"This is Wrestlemania 30. I've pinned Hogan once and he's never pinned me. From a fan's perspective, and WWE Universe and Vince, it never had closure. The business that would be done.. the interviews and stuff would be coming from the heart. We could try to outraise the bar of the WWE entertainment machine in our sport, if they let us go toe to toe and don't script us. The fans will see really how it got started and why, and then they'll see the conclusion. They are asking can I get in shape. I am already in shape!. They are asking Hogan.. But there is a fear, I guess, of whether we can pull off the performance."

Not really into the idea of a one on one but I'm all for Piper and Hogan getting on Mania 30 since they were why 1 was a success

My morbid curiousity would make me want to see this, couldn't be worse than Vince/Bret or Lawler/Cole. Plus I'd just love to see two old men shooting on eachother on Raw right up to Mania.

The WCW feud was good enough for me (even if the matches weren't the best), maybe an in--ring verbal exchange (on a raw during Mania build?) would do.

Hogan and Piper would best be used on ppv, no point in wasting them, namely Hulk on Raw. 10mins of them to me with entrances beats Goldberg, Ryback, or a concert

If they do this without scripting and just shoot on each other, it would be fucking epic imo.

They could always do a tag match? Hulk Hogan + Said Guy vs. Roddy Piper + Roman Reigns (I'm sure I hear and saw people discussing the idea of Piper wanting to manage the guy), have Reigns spear the shit out of Hulk Hogan to get the massive over top pop at WM30...

Either way, I don't mind it so much as the build up will be fun but the whole, match - get two guys in there to carry the bulk or make it a street fight with blading :L.
