I seem to notice that when wwe changed is when WWE CHANGES TO PG ERA
I dont even like wwe that much anymore so what are your thoughts about this change that changed wwe a a couple years back

Is this even still a discussion. By the way, did you know Raw was PG up until March-ish of 1999? Smackdown has never not been PG.

PG is not the problem and never has been except for the first few months of it when they went overboard and practically made the show G, but that was 6 years ago.

PG hasn't affected my enjoyment of the product. When it first happened I think there was something jarring and noticeable about the change but I can't remember what that was. You barely notice the lack of swears and blood these days. Any problem WWE has probably lies elsewhere.

The only time PG does annoy me is when Cena says "fudge", or when WWE points to itself and says "it's PG now, we can't say that". That's the only time the PG rating crosses my mind watching WWE, as well as being just corny.

Change was for the betterment of the product and the benefit of wrestlers, I can still remember when online fans on other forums were up in arms about banning the blade, or how angry they were when protective chairshots were banned. I personally don't miss the attitude era, nor do I miss Raw after the brand extension right up to around 06.

We still get elements of both eras with certain superstars, but the in ring product is better and the focus on that is the focal point.
