He honestly had the chance to put himself on another level with having his music be about shit and shows flashes of it with Tie my hands, How to love (no matter how much that song bugs me with it's overplay it actually has good subject matter) and some other tracks but doesn't do it consistently enough in a day in age in mainstream where it is really needed. Thankfully there is still artist out there who make songs on real matters and actual subjects beyond the usual they just aren't in the forefront of hip hop.

I only just discovered Gambino and I am a fan. Freaks and Geeks was awesome and I am trying to find Camp in stores in Australia but unfortunately I think it is too unique so I may have to buy it online instead.
