I’m currently a junior and it will be my first year on varsity. I have put countless hours into the sport I’ve gone to camps and I haven’t stopped training since I started freshman year, but i feel like it’s all gonna be for nothing. Since the season started I’ve started to dread the sport in my team has 1hr and half practices and I go in hoping to learn and work on my skills after studying the sport in my free time but I’m met with endless conditioning and almost exclusively live wrestling, never going over technique or drilling. I’ve felt no improvement since the season started I’m tired and worn out but I haven’t had any ability to grow as an athlete. What would you do.
