Doesn't that make him way more replaceable? Also he technically has no voice and guaranteed vote on the board for whatever he wants to do anymore as well... so I wouldn't just shrug it off and go for the "as long as he's still head of creative" motion here. This can't be good. (Except for his own health, I guess) :hmm:

Unfortunately, yes. In fact, it gives Vince an excuse as well.

"Well the majority of the board was chosen by Endeavor, so don't blame me that they prefer me as head of creative than HHH. Say hi to the grandkids, Paul."

Legitimately vince prob only got like 3-4 years top anyway. I wonder if Khan (nick) would leapfrog hhh & steph as bascially the head of company, how the booking would look. This I mean after Vincent's passing. I mean besides "budget cuts" you think khan would have any say of who to push?

As of right now, I'd say Khan would definitely become the head of the table, if nothing big happens. Especially if you talk about 3-4 years. By that point, Steph wouldn't really have any pull, if she'd even want to return and who knows if Hunter is still with the company by that point as well.

Vince definitely has his fingers in who will take over and it will be someone who he's confident about, that that person will continue down the exact same path as he would. Even with the whole Endeavour thing. They still gonna put a lot of eggs in the Vinnie basket for years to come, mostly thanks to the numbers they made recently.

Today’s filing included the following, indicating that the final Board member will not be Triple H as McMahon and Khan have already been confirmed:

“Under the terms of the transaction agreement, upon the completion of the Transactions, the New PubCo Board will consist of 11 members who will be determined prior to the Closing, five of whom will be selected by WWE, of whom (x) two will be members of the WWE management team (one of whom will be Mr. McMahon) and (y) three will be independent, and six of whom will be selected by Endeavor, of whom (x) three will be members of the Endeavor management team or Endeavor directors (one of whom will be Mr. Emanuel) and (y) three will be independent.”
I guess there's the reason for him not being on the board.

I mean at least two of the wwe people will be out within 5-10 years. So it depends on how good HHH is with Endeavor/Nick Khan at that point.

By that point, Hunter will already be in a different company

Best for his health to not be on the board of directors.

Triple H to depart WWE, create his own wrestling company and complete the dreams of a million BTBs.
