Triple H Talks About Making Child Cry At RAW

- The Good Morning America segment with Triple H discussing how he broke character after making 8 year old Lucian Deering cry during Monday's RAW main event can be seen at this link. The article also has a photo of the boy backstage with his father and The Authority. Triple H commented on what led to the boy crying:

"As we were sitting ringside, the young man was behind me and he was chanting my name, over and over. It was just me being in character. I said, with eye brows up, 'Hey, stop messing with me. I'm trying to do my job over here.'"

Triple H said that was when Deering started to cry.

"I broke out of character, and put my head to his and messed his hair up," Triple H said. "I just said, 'Hey, buddy, it's OK. I'm just playing around.'"

Hearing HHH talk about it is hard to argue. He is the man, truly. I would have assumed the kid was chanting for Cena or something, but the fact that he was chanting for HHH is cool.

because HHH was the one consoling him. The way it was presented originally was the kid was crying because Cena was getting beaten up 3 on 1. As it turns out, the kid was marking for HHH and then HHH said something to him that made him cry. That is a lot different than bawling because Cena is losing a match
