Alright folks lets finish this with a bang and I mean a bang. I want some participation and discussion in this final from everyone not just Me, Fuji, and Swinny. I am also posting a Poll and want votes and reasons for the votes. I also think we all knew that it would come down to this.

Freddy vs. Jason in the final, makes sense. Would have been Nightmare vs. Halloween in the final if it was me, but I'm fine with this. It's definitely Nightmare for me though.

Tough choice here, but I think I just enjoy the Friday films a little more overall, so I'm voting for them. Either one is an acceptable choice for winner though.

Nightmare is my choice. I think Freddy is creepier and the films we're put together better.

I am in the nightmare camp. I have a nice soft spot for freed but that is not saying that the Friday series is a slouch either.

Yeah I think so. I don't think everyone commented on their vote though.

I think a tie is a fitting end for our antiheroes. Both of these behemoths are masters of their domain. Whoever got the nod would have just left fans of the other camp disappointed.

For the record I've always been a Jason Voorhees guy. Give me a hockey mask and machete and I'm having a good time. The Friday the 13th franchise delivered what it set out to do in most of their 12 outings. I can put on any one of the films any night and just enjoy myself.

I'm a huge Nightmare fan as well, but sometimes I have to be in the mood to watch it, especially if it's one of the lesser quality entries. Just my opinion of course.
