Helms vs MVP

By now, it's evident Gregory Helms will be returning as a much needed midcard face for Smackdown. His hype has been done with the Hurripop. At first, it was completey random, appearing whenever. Hell, if you check the Dirt Sheet on WWE.com, Helms appeared on those as well.

But on the last couple of weeks, I have been noticing a pattern in which Helms appears with more frecuency: MVP segments.

On every MVP segment, we see the Hurripop and a joke of Helms on MVP.

Do you think this will lead to a feud between this two when Helms in fact return? At this point, a push for MVP seems to have been put on hold, so nice midcard feud would be alright.

Youre right I think this will inevitably happen and will be a good feud. The only problem will be that one will have to go over and neither can afford to be buried. I'd look to see Helms go over in a quick feud. But good to see a new face addition to the mid card.

I could see Helms actually going somewhere for a little while, and he'll get some type of a fluke win against MVP. If Shelton stays as champ, they could have a feud, but after that, I think Helms will be back to nowhere land.

I really dont think Helms has what it takes to be anything more than a midcarder.

This feud won't happen just because MVP is too busy getting buried atm. =/ To be honest i'll be surprised if he wins another singles match in 2008...it would be a pretty cool feud though Helms will probably go after Shelton or possibly find a tag partner.

Anyway, I am a huge Helms mark and his comeback with these little popups have been great. I don't seem him coming back and having a feud there ready for him but there could easily be some there for him with Benjamin, MVP and the best would be with Kendrick. Helms could be the next Rey Mysterio imo, little dude fighting big dude kind of guy, he has good mic skills and can wrestle well, he has no downside.
