Very impressed with this movie. I was quite worried before release because Hellraiser hasn't exactly had the best track record of movies after the first couple. A lot of the sequels I tried watching were just not very good.
Always been a huge fan of the first movie though, and the second was pretty good. I really liked this reimagining, and after the first I'd easily say it's my second favourite. I still prefer the original, but I was not expecting this movie to come close and be as creepy, yet they managed to nail that. So I'm beyond pleased with it. Cenobites were so terrifying and awesome, I loved how well designed they all were. Some really cool death scenes in this as well. The new Pinhead was well acted too and had great screen presence. Overall well worth your time. Thought the ending was pretty dope too, and it all comes full circle after the great opening.
