Heel/Face Turns Needed.. (?)

I read this list on Forbes and here are the 5 they said need to turn heel or face badly...

Bray Wyatt Babyface Turn
The New Day Heel Turn
Seth Rollins Heel Turn
Sasha Banks Heel Turn
Dean Ambrose Heel Turn

The issue with this list is that Raw has a lot of heels already. Turning Seth, Sasha, and Dean would make it even more stacked. I am all for Bray being a legit babydace and the New Day turning heel to refresh themselves but the last three don't make sense unless you have other people turning babyface as well. This is not to say that they shouldn't be heels because all three would would so much better as heels but the way they flip-flopped the roster and over stacked the heels on Raw, it just wouldn't work. Which kind of sucks.

I think Becky Lynch needs a heel turn...as does Sasha...

But the hard thing with the women's division is that because
its divided over two shows...they have to keep a strict balance.

RAW: 4 Face, 4 Heel (Not sure about Summer)
SmackDown: 4 Face (Including Nikki Bella), 4 Heel (Including Lana)

Although rumor is that the WWE is second guessing Charlotte's
face turn...so who knows what is going to happen.

May-be if they just left Charlotte a heel and had Tamina side
with Naomi & Becky they wouldn't be second guessing themselves.

I'd argue more for a character change since the roster does feel so heel-heavy. For example Dean Ambrose can just stop doing dumb shit and he's proven he can really get over.

As for heel turns, Sasha, Becky and Ambrose. They have been stale for a while now, so a change would be nice.

I would love for Dean to go heel!...I just think it would add more layers to his character...as said above he has become a little stale ( I have said this a while back since before he even came to RAW )

Seth Rollins turning heel would be a huge mistake. He works so much better as a face IMO and he takes to it much better. He connects well with the crowd. Although I've long been a fan of his, his heel character always seemed like it was unnatural for him. Plus the crowd still really seems to want him as a face and will likely not accept him much as a heel again.

Ambrose just has to stop being a goofball. I think he could be a good face or heel, he just has to stop acting so goofy. That is his detriment. Sasha Banks is an awful face. She would work better if she turns heel and makes a career out of it. The New Day... meh... they've been done for a while. I couldn't care less what WWE does with them as long as they keep them from having long segments.

Bray Wyatt as a face is definitely a good idea. It's way past time to explore that.

I would consider Roman more of a tweener right now. He isn't a true face but he hasn't had a heel turn. Kind of like Taker being a tweener.

True, especially with him being a bit of a prick on the mic lately and facing top babyface Balor on Raw.

It's about time they turned AJ babyface. He probably gets the biggest (positive) pop out of anyone on the roster.

It's strange that we have seen Cesaro, Apollo Crews, and Goldust turn heel tthese past couple weeks.

I would like to see Rusev try out a babyface roll. Rusev has alot of talent on the mic and I think it would be interesting to see him take on that roll.

Orton needs to turn heel, babyface WWE champion Randy is just booooring.

I would like to see Ambrose completely shave his balding head and turn into a psychopathic heel.
