This entire Heel Dixie thing is inexplicable to me. She did a marvelous job of getting heat and getting faces over, and ratings increased during her run (meaning she somehow didn't run fans off, but it's not like casuals watch TNA anyway) but she mostly got "get the fuck off my TV you terrible screeching bitch" and "you suck as an owner" heat, neither of which should have been nearly as effective as it was. So weird.
