Hernandez garnered heat within the TNA Wrestling locker room for carelessly dropping Douglas Williams while giving him the Border Toss during a match on TNA iMPACT! last month. "He's a careless guy in the ring," a company source stated. "He relies on doing a couple of dangerous moves."

Don't believe this. He is working ROH reuniting with Homicide on March 19 facing KOW and I don't believe somebody with heat would be able to work another promotion.

That border toss was pretty sick but seemed more like selling on Doug's part than him being careless. So idk if I buy this.

Because TNA stopped letting their talent work other promotions 5 years ago.

TNA supposedly gets a fee for them taking outside bookings, so once again I still don't see why him having heat would stop him working elsewhere.

Once again because TNA has not allowed talent currently under contract to them to work an ROH show since 2006 therefore for TNA to allow somebody with heat on themselves would be highly unlikely to work an ROH show imo.
