Cena should just tell everyone else to fuck off. He's earned his position as top dog. Whether they like it or not, he's worked the hardest to get where he is today. And if someone else was in the same position he is now, I guarantee they would not act like a wanker, and do all the "asskissing" needed to be the Franchise Player.

He's normal. Any employee would be jealous of the boss favourite employee. The teacher's pet just have to get used to it.
