Krissy Vaine, who recently debuted on Smackdown, is already gone from WWE.

Apparently, Vaine and Ryan O'Reilly (who she is involved in a relationship with) both asked for their respective releases from the company. They asked for their releases because of the travel and distance apart while working the main roster.

After working several years in the Carolina area, Vaine landed a developmental deal with WWE in January 2006. She worked for Deep South Wrestling and Florida Championship Wrestling while under contract to WWE.

O'Reilly had just been sent on the road in recent weeks for the Raw brand. Although, The Wrestling Observer Newsletter recently reported that O'Reilly was on the brink of being called up to ECW. O'Reilly was slated to be part of ECW last year in a tag team with Derek Neikirk. However, just before the team was going to get called up, O'Reilly violated the WWE Wellness Policy and was suspended for 30 days. He then lost his spot on the main roster and continued working in Deep South Wrestling.

A few developmental workers are rolling their eyes at the couple regarding this move. They feel that they worked so hard to get a shot with the company, only to waste WWE's time and throw it all away just as they were about to make it.

TNA's Director of Talent Relations Terry Taylor sent several wrestlers, who were believed to be unhappy, letters telling them that if they wanted to leave, they could go.

This coming Sunday's TNA Bound For Glory pay-per-view is being promoted heavily. As we reported earlier on the site, Adam "Pacman" Jones purchased 1,500 tickets and gave them to students in Fulton County as rewards for academic achievement and good conduct. This is one way to upgrade is public image.

WWE has announced that they will be returning to Japan on February 12th. As of right now it is set to be a RAW show at Budokan Hall.

There was no RAW house shows this past weekend, most likely due to the lack of main-event talent. The originally plan was to tour upstate New York, but it was canceled. Speaking of house shows the September 29th SmackDown house show in Peoria, IL drew 1,800 fans and $70,000.

Prior to returning to Raw this week, Shawn Michaels was telling friends that he was burned out on the road, and enjoying life at home. He also said he'd only return with a limited schedule. This was before John Cena's injury occurred. Triple H had been basically begging for him to return ASAP. These older stars aren't going to be around to wrestle matches that much longer so they best get working on building new stars.

On the WWE Shopzone website, it says they are not releasing the Batista book until 10/16, but I ordered the book about a week or a week and a half ago, using standard shipping, and I received the book today, 6 days early.

Speaking of ECW regulars, Elijah Burke missed the Springfield, IL house show because he drove to Springfield, MO. Oops. As a result, Burke was not paid for his no show.

John Morrison sat out 28 days as part of his 30-day suspension. He worked the 9/1 show, and then returned at the 9/29 house show in Peoria.

We're told that WWE is going to try to do a Jackass angle at the Royal Rumble in January. They tried it at SmmerSlam and then got fed up with Steve-O and axed it. Well, why not try it again huh?

JBL will be appearing at an American Freedom Festival concert headlined by country star Martina McBride.

There is likely more to the releases of Krissy Vaine and Ryan O'Reilly. Many were shocked and don't believe it has to do with one working RAW and the other SD!.

As noted earlier today here on the site, Terry Taylor sent several unhappy TNA wrestlers letters informing them that they may leave the promotion if they wish. We'll see if anyone takes that offer or if they keep bitching without doing anything.

Yet Even More On The Sandman's WWE Release

Partial Source: The Wrestling Observer Newsletter

Here are some details regarding The Sandman's release from WWE on September 11.

When they were on tour in South Africa in early September, he got drunk with some of the wrestlers before a flight. Road agent Ricky Steamboat was sitting in front of a wasted Sandman. Sandman put an unlit cigarette in his mouth and Steamboat turned around to tell him that you can't smoke on an airplane. Sandman scoffed back at Steamboat by saying that the cigarette wasn't lit and that he didn't have a lighter on him anyways. It was simply in his mouth for the 'taste'. Ahh, addictions.

Ayways, on one of the shows on the tour, due to time constraints, some wrestlers were pulled from the show, including Sandman. Sandman thought it was Steamboat's way of getting back at him. He then called Johnny Ace asking for his release from World Wrestling Entertainment. A few days later on September 11, Ace gave him his release from the company.

Prior to his release from the company, McMahon wanted to turn him heel and give him a significant run on Raw because the brand is desperately lacking heels. McMahon was a big fan of The Sandman's unique character, hence his promotion from ECW to Raw back in June.

Isak Rain, of the Norwegian Wrestling Federation and the World Association of Wrestling, has died. Rain was killed as a result of a car accident that took place in his native Norway on Tuesday night (October 9, 2007). Rain had wrestled all over Europe, most notably for the NWF in Norway and WAW in England, but also wrestling in Finland and Italy as well as other BritWres promotions such as Real Quality Wrestling, Herts & Essex Wrestling, the British Wrestling Alliance and Real Deal Wrestling. Rain, trained by Erik Isaksen and Robbie Brookside, later became a protege of veteran "Rowdy" Ricky Knight and was well known for his NWF tag team championship winning combination with fellow Norwegian Victor as Fremtiden ("Future"). He was 22.

The Great Khali is scheduled to appear in an Indian-based movie called "Rama-The Savior," a children film that will be shot in Thailand.

WWE will return to Japan on 2/12 with the Raw crew at Budokan Hall.

The 9/29 Smackdown house show in Peoria drew 1,800 fans with a $70,000 gate.

"The Condemned" slipped from number four to six on the list of most rented DVDs.

During last week's TNA conference call featuring President Dixie Carter, Ross Forman plugged Kurt Angle's scheduled interview with the Between the Ropes radio show in Orlando that evening. When the story broke regarding Angle's DUI arrest, Angle's lawyer advised Angle not to do the interview. Between the Ropes wasn't informed that Angle would not be on the show until 20 minutes after the program started. On a side note, Carter was scheduled to do a fifteen conference call with the media, but the teleconference ended early due to a lack of questions being asked.

Kevin Nash's contract with TNA Wrestling has expired. He was last seen on TNA television as Kurt Angle's therapist. Both Nash and TNA are in the process of negotiating a new deal. Vince Russo want Nash to return to the ring. Nash is healthy and open to wrestling again, but he told TNA he'll need a more lucrative contract if they want him to wrestle. Nash has suggested TNA bring in Scott Hall and Sean Waltman.

Speaking of Hall and Nash, they reunited last week at an indy show in Little Rock, Arkansas. The Outsiders defeated the team of Brian Christopher and Koko B. Ware. Scott Hall has dropped a lot of weight and is said to be doing well.

I thought Krissy looked hot and any wrestler that looks that hot and can be half decent in the ring should be good enough. Stupid to throw your entire future away just for a guy. As for Tna, good that they're giving the wrestlers the freedom to leave, which will definately improve morale in the locker room.
