I thought it would be cool if we had a thread where we discussed our experiences with the police. I was inspired by this thread after being threatened to get the cops called on by my neighbor, after my cousin and I bashed his mailbox with a baseball bat in the middle of the night.

I've never been arrested but the cops came to my friend's house looking for me about a year ago. My friend and I had spray painted a basketball court on a newly-paved road. I left my friend's to walk down the road and pick us up some weed. When I got back, the police officer was on his front porch, talking to him. I about shit my pants as I had weed in my posession and I thought that's why the cop was there, to bust me for marijuana. As I came walking down the street, the cop yelled at me to get over there, so I walk up with my hands up, thinking their was major shit going down over weed. I was wrong, as he was there for the spray paint incident. He never searched me and all I had to do was buy black spray paint and paint it over black so it blends in with the road and it wasn't noticable. I was scared to death that he would search me but he didn't. He just yelled about how my parents could have to pay thousands of dollars and how I could be locked in jail for a very long time, and how he was letting me off easy and blah, blah, blah.

So what are your experiences with cops? Have you ever been arrested?

I got in trouble with the cops not to long ago, I was walking along (I was super-high) and a cop pulled me over. The cop saw how glazed I was so he got me to get in his car, I was taken to the police station and they fined me 200 dollars and if they ever got me again.... jail-time.

When I'm walking alone at night, police always stop me! They make up dumb excuses on why they stop me. One stopped me and said "Oh sorry, you're the wrong person." They do it just to make sure I'm doing nothing wrong and to check to see if I'm high or drunk.

Happens to me all the time now, starting to piss me off. I wish they could forgive and forget but I guess they aren't gonna do that anytime soon.

Was like 12 years old me and my friends were throwing some rocks at what we thought was an abandoned house (don't remember what made us believe that besides that it looked like one) find out it wasn't people came home saw their house was fucked up and called the police to search out area to see who did it and they found us. Luckily they didn't press charges though and my mom ended up making me clean up their yard. So not arrested but closes I've come to it.

When i was 16 i got arrested for Possesion with intent to sell. Got expelled from school for the year and probation for 18 months.

Ouch, that'll hurt your record... BADLY. I used to sell drugs myself but had to stop, I was beginning to smoke marijuana too often... and I mean morning, lunch and night.

Well i was considered a minor at 16, so they dropped everything from my record 2 years later when i was 18.

I got hooked on pain killers last year. Glad my parents caught me before the police did. Now I'm clean.

I used to sell weed and shrooms. I still sell weed sometimes tho. They never caught me. Me and my friend, we're metalheads btw, were superdrunk and superhigh and were on our way from a Dimmu Borgir concert. So we bought a red spray paint. I HAVE SPRAYED A PENTAGRAM ALL OVER THE DOOR AND HE WROTE 666 ON THE WALL. Luckily, a passenger threatened us to call the cops so we stopped. A conductor saw it later on and so he made us clean it since the paint wasn't dry yet. Perhaps the craziest experience? Nah, not at all. There was one when I actually pissed on a building I shall not name, because your deduction which will be wrong will make you think several things about me. I was under the age of 15 at that point and I could have got into really huge trouble. I said sorry to the officers, they let me. But this is the closest I got to actually get caught. I really could've been in a lot of shit.

lol I fell asleep on a mattress in Bed Bath and Beyond. The bed was so comfy and I eventually got kicked out of the store... for LIFe. I'm lucky they didn't call the police on me, I was just testing how comfy it was and I passed out.
