Sadly, I think only Revival and Dillinger are going to SD because they need more power in their tag team division while Raw needs more power in their women's division and Shinsuke just kinda feels like a Raw guy, at least in my mind

The only reason I think Shinsuke might go to SD is because Joe was drafted to Raw. And they probably don't want both in the same show so soon.
