never been to any wrestling show. Would rather spend money on tickets to NFL or NBA games.

True that. I only have been to one ROH show and that was because I had a coupon from an entertainment book for 50% off and a free drink lol tickets were only like $8 bucks after that.

Fucking NFL tickets are crazy expensive tho, luckily my Uncle is a season ticket holder to philly so I get a game a year for free ;)
Parking is absolutely redonculus too it's like the cost of a whole other ticket :)

Raiders tickets are hella cheap. usually can find A's tickets cheap as well. Warriors tickets the last two years have gone up a ton.

I guess liking shitty teams helps affordability at least.

Yeah I can get Browns tickets prettty cheap on resale. My uncle's seats are like $105 or some shit a ticket for the Eagles.

No I would love to go to a show, NJPW Nakamura Will be in London I think July or something and that would give me the added incentive, always wanted to be part of a crowd at a wrestling show so hopefully in the future.

I have been to three indie shows in the last three weeks, they were awesome. Last night was the best as it included the ROH TV champion Tommaso Ciampa who defended his TV title. It also included Trent Barreta. I much prefer indie shows to the WWE as they tend to be more entertaining and front row seats are only £10 when a cheap seat in WWE is like £20.

Even the bad shows can be so bad their funny. I have never been to a bad show both shows I saw were great but like $5 Wrestling is a great example of bad being funny.

I love me some $5 Wrestling. Would love to see a live show from them sometime, haha.

Does ROH count? If so, yes. Went to one ROH show and absolutely loved it. Great entertainment with good talent and atmosphere, cheaper tickets, etc. Aside from enjoying seeing some WWE talent I like live, I definitely enjoyed the ROH show more. It was a little longer for a cheaper price, the talent really did a great job entertaining everyone and putting on a great show, plus they did a meet and greet session with some talent before the show where you could get autographed photos and do photo ops. (Enjoyed being with Cole and Steen. :gusta: ) So yeah, overall much better than either of the WWE house shows I attended. Oh, and not too long after they even had the show on DVD so you could get a copy of it and relive it, all that good stuff. First experience was a great one.

To answer the other question, if I had the opportunity I would absolutely go to (more) indie shows. I'd enjoy checking out as many as I could, if for nothing else than the experience.

Not yet.

If I did though, I would probably watch Welsh Wrestling, an indie fed in Wales that holds a show like 2 minutes from my house once every 18 months

Last time they were in Vale of Glamorgan, they advertised the shit out of it in certain town centres, posters mainly.

Doubt they got more than 50 regardless.
