I hate the fact that people are saying a Supreme Court ruling is a "victory". People evolving their opinions and beliefs is a victory, this is the whole government overreach that people get upset over.

Still plenty of people who don't recognize Roe V. Wade.

It's a victory in the same sense that Griswold v. Connecticut was a victory because while a technically bad decision from all outlooks, they just didn't give a fuck because they're decision legalized birth control....which was right in most people's eyes.

Yeah government overreach but who the fuck cares because the Supreme Court does it all the time with horrible rulings like Citizens United so at least this is a progressive one.

Sure looks that way to me. They turned the drag strip stadium near my parents' place into a freaking infantry transport storage. Nothing but army trucks as far as you can see all the way down a good quarter mile of pavement. Word has it that even non-soldier personnel at the reserves base down the highway from there are now required to carry guns. Secretaries, accountants... everyone. Things got freaking nuts down here, man.
