Seriously? I was anxiously waiting for for Kaz to return. And I marked out when he did. He went on to become #1 contender and was going to challenge at Destination X. Bischoff hot shotted him and Kaz unsuccessfully fought in a triple threat match on Impact for the title. Then he wins yet another #1 Contender match at Destination X. But instead of a feud building between him and Douglas Williams, it's Shannon Moore who's getting the build-up.

The only way this would work out is if it ends up in a heel turn from Kaz. He says he's been sick or something and comes back to see Moore taking his spotlight. He gets pissed and goes after Moore. Something like that. Knowing TNA's history though, that wont happen. Kaz will get an unadvertised title match on Impact and lose.

Anyone else think they forgot about Kaz?

As soon as he got skipped over by Shannon Moore. That ended his momentum. That's like the third time they have fucked over the poor guy and probably the most insulting as Shannon Moore sucks on an Eric Young like level.

Guys like Shannon Moore, and Doug WIlliams have hurt the X division. Brain Kendrick isn't helping at the moment either. It has been a rather lackluster return. TNA could have done much more. (Similar to the Christopher Daniels return and exit)

I hear what you're saying but I don't believe they forgot about Kaz. Yes, right now they are building up Shannon Moore and I think he could be good for the X Division but I agree that Kaz needs to be the big dog in the X Division.

I'm thinking (and hoping) that Shannon Moore defeats Doug Williams at Lockdown and then the X Division gets more TV time... which means bringing in all the original X Division wrestlers.

I hate to say it, but I can't see anything good about him. His look is generic as hell, he sucks on the mic, and he's not even the best X division wrestler. What does he have going for him?

Good point. He doesn't have a lot of mic skills but the crowd still loves him. When you mention that, Shannon Moore has very good mic skills. Which brings me to thinking that maybe they are trying to develop Kaz in that way as we haven't seen him for awhile.

Though I disagree with you on this part... IMO Kaz is if not the best, one of the best that TNA has to offer in the X Division, but there is room for improvement and it's mostly about mic skills and character.

As for what Kaz has going for him... well the crowd already digs him. So he can only get better!

What all that said... BRING BACK SUICIDE!!!!

I don't think they necessarily forgot about him, its more that the booking team is stupid so they focus on the wrong people. I can see them doing a 3 way at Lockdown for the X Title, but there's no way TNA can just forget Kaz is number 1 contender (ala Cryme Tyme). I know the guys in the writer's room can be borderline Blue sometimes, but there's no way they'd take it that far

The crowd is only crazy for him now because he just came back and they're now especially vocal for original TNA guys. MCMG are the cornerstones of the X division in my opinion, and they're being passed over for new guys (Shannon Moore) and old guys (Kaz).

When was Kaz such a cornerstone in the X division? He spent most of his early career being Matt Bentley's (Michael Shane) sidekick

I can't see how Doug has done anything but save the X Division. Has been such a breath of fresh air.

I think Doug is great from the division. He's not bad on the mic and he's an amazing wrestler, and when the X Division was at its peak, it was booked around how great the wrestling is. Doug's the perfect person for them to help build the X Division like this again - it's just the booking that's lacking.

In early TNA he was. Him Sabin, Michael Shane, AJ, Low Ki, Christopher Daniels, Skipper, and so on: the early X division.

1. Doug Williams is the shit.
2. Kaz is horribly over rated. Though it is a shame that of all people he's been passed up by Shannon Moore. Seriously, what a horrible gimmick on all fronts. The book of Diligaf (or whatever the hell it is)..WTF IS THAT!? He's the "Prince of Punk"...but his catch phrase is "Welcome to glam rock." WHAT!? Jeff needs to start locking up his stash.
