The Wrestling Observer is reporting that the Stretcher Match featuring Matt Hardy vs Jeff Hardy, which took place on Smackdown this past Friday night, is most likely the blow-off to their current program. When creative initially put the fued together, it was expected to be a short term angle, as the two wrestlers are slated to begin working with other talents in the very near future.

It should also be noted that both Matt and Jeff fully expected to steal the show at Wrestlemania 25 with their Extreme Rules match, however, because the bout was only given 13 minutes of TV time, there was no way they could reach the level of intensity that both Shawn Michaels and The Undertaker reached during their match.

---

I guess they are planning on ending this one fast, why? do you guys like this possibly being their feud ending matchup and Matt possibly getting his heel push now or do you want another few matches between the Hardy Boys?

They will probably feud more down the line. im guessing two brothers on two different shows so they can feud with other talent. I was expecting one more match with these two at backlash but looks like we will have to wait.

I'm fine with that. I'd like to see Jeff go to Raw, and Matt have a chance for a main event run on SD.

I would really like to have seen Jeff Hardy go to Raw he would have made more of a statement than Matt Hardy.

I personally hope that Matt Hardy gets buried on Raw. He will never be the superstar Jeff Hardy is no matter how hard creative tries. He just doesn't have what Jeff Hardy can bring to the ring.

That's a DAMN know fact.
