Rhodes did a WWE Exclusive video saying he will face anybody, any time for the belt

Looks like it could be Rhodes bringing the hardcore title to the IC... Possible?

I don't see the correlation at all.

The way I read it it simply means that Rhodes will fight any challenger on any show and will defend the title against all comers.

24/7 should have been a gimmick that lasted a few weeks. I took rhodes as he'd face any challenge. if he'd said 24/7 i could then read more into it.
