So, in AJPW/NOAH before you became a star, you would pretty much every match you were in, and if the crowd got behind you then you would begin winning matches, and whoever was deemed your rival, you would feud with them. Often time you would lose, but then slowly get better since you knew their moves and how to counter and all.
So, with Masha having lost to Grace twice in Impact, she knows her moves and because of that knowledge she won in PWG, if PWG is cannon to IEU. So, using the idea of AJPW/NOAH, Masha knows all of Grace's moves/tricks and while Grace knows Masha's as well, Masha does have a habit of changing up her style of wrestling and even finisher from time to time. So, that is how I have rationalized Masha beating Grace, as well as dropping my facade about the feud and all.
