Only in the winter it may be if you're not used to it Usually its between -10C and -25C but in the summer its between +10C and +25C. Sometimes might go even over +30C. But it doesnt matter if its -10C or -30C if you have the right clothing.

But like i said, the summer is pretty hot. At the start of June (if i remember right) Lapland was one of the hottest places in Europe. All the asian tourists who came to see the ''grim nordic winter'' were dissapointed xd.

I'm also waiting for winter so i could use mah badassss leather jacket. If i'd use it now, i'd fucking sweat to death. Even though atm the temp. is ''only'' +16C.
