Basically, groups are just to discuss about random stuff with people you like on the site. You can make a group to discuss about whatever you want, but there's nothing planned at all. For example, American Dragons is a group where they post a lot and have a lot of random threads while in Super Pipebomb, the most active thread is a count to 5000 thread.

Okay, thanks for the explanation. I thought some (like American Dragons, Deadmans Hand) were for the fans of some particular wrestler (DB and UT) but that sounds reasonable too.
