Alright, so I think it's time we get a little thing going on here. We need more discussion's on wrestlers and on the product as well. So I figured I'd get one started on Hangman Adam Page.

I'll admit, at first I wasn't sold on the guy. But I knew that he could probably find or do something to make me hooked. For some reason, when he said his cowboy shit line, that hooked me. No idea how or why but it did.

Now lately it seems they are teasing a heel turn for him, which I could get behind. It seems to be drawing out a bit, which will build to it, and build to if it will even happen.

He's someone they can surely make a huge star for the company. He'll get himself a run with the AEW Championship as well. Probably late this year or early next year.

So what's everyone's opinion on Hangman?​

I liked the drunk cowboy when James Storm did it.

He was better in his previous skin.

I think Hangman has all the tools to be superstar but his current gimmick isn’t it. He’s got a great moveset and good look. They did him no favors with his booking and if they weren’t gonna put the title on him someone else should have faced Jericho for the title.

I used to think he was a dirtworst wrestler but he’s growing on me. Still not 100% sold on the guy though. His in-ring skills also leave a lot to be desired

Yeah, he surely has some room to improve. His character work is probably his strongest suit right now, but that ring work can be improved working with the right people.

I like him and I’m enjoying the drunk cowboy stuff, it’s fun imo. I’ve always felt like he was the more underrated and overlooked of The Elite.

I do like that lariat he does from the apron too.

His series of matches with Pac were awesome. I guess he doesn't have enough flips for some of you.

Him crashin' the Private Party's VIP area to get some whisky was great stuff. They should do more things like that with him. He could easily dispose of those two bozos anyways.

If anything Adam Page does too many flips for me. A guy with his gimmick... I much prefer a stiff and brutal grounded attack to standing shooting star presses and moonsaults.

You know Tony Stark had a drinking problem in the Comics so why Page too. Imagine expanding on it, and really doing some cool things showing Alcohol Abuse and Addiction is real, but AEW might not do that. Still this future Heel turn will be good for him getting away from the Elite and becoming his own Star.

I'd love him to turn on Omega and turn into a monster heel, I think he's got it all and he can be a big star if they book him right.

Yeah, I agree. His gimmick isn't fit for those types of moves he's doing. If you're a damn cowboy, you gotta be fucking brawling and shit like that. Get rough.

As for Hangman, this alcoholic thing is interesting. I was loling when he took the drink from the crowd, Kenny took it away from him so he grabbed another one and Kenny got exasperated with him

I thought about it, but I didn’t want people to think you gotta be a fan to take part. We can surely make a thread for him there for his fans tho for sure.

I’m interested in seeing where his story goes for sure.
