The first round consisted of nothing but blowouts, which was expected. However, this second round looks to be more difficult, as most of these men made for great champions. Thanks to all who have participated so far, and I am hoping to see all of you cast your votes once again. I will end this round Friday night at 8 PM EST. Have fun!

1. Samoa Joe - Joe's title reign was filled with great matches. Black's was filled with mostly overrated ones.

2. Nigel McGuinness - Pretty tough voting for Steen's when his isn't over with. Nigel's probably isn't a top 4 title reign, but it was filled with plenty of matches worth checking out.

3. Bryan Danielson - Gah, AmDrag beating another title reign that doesn't deserve to go out so early. Loved Morishima's, but Danielson had a good match with everyone.

4. Austin Aries - Underrated first title reign while Davey's was really the start of everyone turning on him.

samoa joe - said tyler black wouldn't make it out of round 2, squash match

mcguinness - harsh on steen, but it doesn't help his chances by being champ during a down period.

danielson - like hf, big fan of the moreshima reign, but amdrag's is gonna take some beating

aries - better matches during both reigns

I'll be honest, I only started watching stuff when Black was champion. I have seen plenty of older matches however so I guess I'll try to lend my votes based off that.

Samoa Joe - Tyler Black was a pretty boring champ from what I saw. His run essentially turned into a lackluster "Summer of Punk" storyline. I believe all the Joe/Punk trilogy was from Joe's title run? Based off that alone his reign was better than Blacks really.

Kevin Steen - I'm just a big fan of Steen as champ. He defends it constantly and he's ruling over ROH in a great way. I also haven't seen much of Nigel's reign.

Bryan Danielson - An ROH Classics show used to run on The Fight Network that I would watch a lot, it seemed to show a lot of Danielson's matches when he was champ. All were amazing, it made me a fan!

Austin Aries - The only 2 time ROH World Champion, both reigns seemed different due to his character progression too. While Davey's reign did have it's moments, I enjoyed his initial win until the rematch felt exactly the same and the "5 Star" Elgin match was superb but overall it wasn't great.

Samoa Joe - Just mainly because of his long title reign and matches

Kevin Steen - Because he's one of if not the most fighting Champion I have seen in ROH in a long time. Especially with the deck stacked against him so much. Wish he would dominate PWS that way.

Bryan Danielson - Need we say more? He's just golden for ROH IMO

Austin Aries - Austin Aries is just more entertaining and really De-throning Samoa Joe really clinches it for me with him here against Davey Richards whom as I said and has been said carried the company but during his title reign there was one main man gone and I think Davey's title reign(s) would have been shorter and maybe not even happen if Steen were there at the time. again IMO.

Kind of ironic since Steen is against the guy who holds the record for most title defenses.

That's why I said deck stacked against him. When was the company against Samoa Joe from the beginning of his title reign or even against him holding the title?

You could say Joe had the deck stacked against him in other ways. With how close ROH came to going out of business thanks to everyone's favorite pedophile, Joe had to carry the company on his back and attempt to be the savior.

But why are we talking about Joe? For Nigel, he went through several injuries with the crowd turning on him and yelling for Gabe to take the belt off of him. So it's not like Steen was the only one who went through a lot of crap either during his reign or the build-up to winning.
