You haven't seen HHH vs. Cena? Dude you have to watch that match. Sure, the actual match wasn't that great but the crowd definitely made that match for sure.

Personally I loved Triple H vs Cena because it shit in the face of everyone who jumped on the Cena hate bandwagon at the time.

Did the Cena hating begin at WrestleMania 22? I remember there were a significant amount of boo's even at WrestleMania 21.
I had to go and rewatch some of these matches before I voted.
I actually really liked the Triple Threat at 24, but as others have said here, Cena was in more of a "Supporting Role" for that match.
vs JBL - Wow, it's been awhile since I saw this match. Not as good as I remembered it either. The match had a build up that I really enjoyed, but the actual match itself was nothing but JBL beating on Cena until the last two minutes or so.
vs Triple H - I had actually never gotten around to seeing this match until tonight. The crowd made it even better, and more exciting then it actually was. Trips tapping at the end was a great moment imo too. I was pretty sure I was gonna vote for this match, until I got to watching Cena's next Mania outing:
vs HBK - Love this match now. Honestly, Cena's selling of the leg injury didn't bother me that much, I thought it worked alright. Everything they did from the ref bump, to the end of the match was great. This gets my vote.
However, I must say, the way that Cena and HBK laid in the middle of the ring together after Cena kicked out of the Superkick was pretty darn gay looking, even for wrestling.

Nah he didnt get many boos at WM21 or before that. Wasn't it mid-year, his title run things started to go awry ... after, he moved to RAW and just decimated everyone there?
Maybe around the Angle fued?
i don't remember any of these.. sorry to say...
