Kobashi but this is closer than I would have thought mostly due to Kobashi not having as many years in the 2000s but he still has like 4 of my top 10 matches of the century

Kobashi. Swerve's only now getting really into that second gear (finally) and we gonna see some good shit from him the next 5-10 years, I'm sure, but for now there's no way he surpasses Kobashi.

...and it's a fun thought that Samoa Joe faced each of these two in high profile, important matches, 19 years apart and both in this century.
