I can see edge going real far in this bracket depending of course but he's got such a crazy resume all in the century basically

Very unlucky draw for Mickie as she is arguably top 3 women of all time in this frame. But Edge's catalogue throughout his injury layoffs is incredible. Then after 9 years off he comes back and just as good.

Went with Edge Copeland, but man this was hard. Mickie is on my personal Mount Rushmore of Women's Wrestling and I know most people think either Trish or Lita were the "best" in the 00s, but let's be honest, Mickie was always the actual complete package and I'm happy that she, at the end of the day, had the overall grander and better run than either of those two.

Still though... even with his long hiatus, Edge/Cope takes it. Just like Hunter in the mid-90s, when Edge showed up on WWE TV, you couldn't really imagine him having that kind of career and reaching the absolute top of the Wrestling world, that he would in the end, but my god did he prove me (or us) wrong and working his ass off while doing it. It still feels surreal to see him reach this status he has today though...

The 9 years off played a factor but everything he did pre injury just caused me to vote for Edge/Copeland.

Which sucks for Mickie cause she has been one of the best female performers this century

Mickie may have been ahead of her time for women. But considering Edge broke out in 2000, and from 2000 until 2011 basically won it all, then retired, got in the HoF...

THEN CAME BACK and really his return in WWE was an abridged version of HBK's comeback. Not win many titles (not counting his two TNT title wins in AEW, won nothing) but have a handful of his better career feuds, a few matches which can rank near the top of some of his best, a short-lived heel turn with potential but cut short for understandable reasons. But still in AEW, until he decided to fly to close to the sun and mess up a cage dive, was putting on great matches, trying to work with younger wrestlers to give them exposure (And hot take, gave House of Black their best AEW feud even in them losing) and has won two titles, yeah he will go far. I may be an SLK simp, but I am also an Edgehead.

Its Edge for me too, but am a big fan of Mickie's. That Trish feud was pretty great (apart from the piggy James BS). She had a strong run in TNA also, and was a notable addition when she came back for the Rumble a few years back.
