Yeah Ishii is the weirdest case ever for me. People voting for WON HOF have the same debate and most can't decide either. He's never had a real push, but he's been a constant feature and bc of that he has one of the best match catalogues in history. That's why I call him underrated despite the Cagematch ratings you just posted, even tho they're stupid high and you have to scroll forever even to get out of his 9s, most people that rated them would probably even be surprised to see so many lol
