With the announcement of Mick Foley becoming the new "executive owner" or whatever, of TNA, it seems that Jim Cornette is on his way out. This sucks imo, I think Foley will do great as an authority figure, but I really enjoyed Jim Cornette's run. He was a great director of TNA management, he pulled of his character perfectly and I'm going to miss him. I'm going to miss seeing Cornette go out to the iMPACT! Zone and scream out stipulations for matches, I'm going to miss seeing Cornette yelling at all the wrestlers in his office. Basically, Jim Cornette pwn3d and I am sad that TNA is probably going to let him go. My question to you is, do you feel the same way that I do? Or do you think Mick Foley will do a better job than Cornette did?

Well, I disagree. I couldn't be anymore happy with Foley in and Cornette out. IMO Cornette was vary annoying.

you know I happen to have a feeling that Foley and Cornette will have to share it 50/50 at one point in time and that would be cool like in 2003/4 when Austin / Bischoff held the gm spot of raw. But for now Foley may be as old and stale as Cornette but he is a change and he will be interesting for once.

As much as I have love cornette, he was boring and stale so I'm personally glad.

Agreed. He wasn't adding anything to the show anymore. No heel turn or anything, just the same face authroity for over two years was getting very boring. He's great on the mic, but I think his time was up.

I don't "love" Jim Cornette and quite honestly, Mick Foley is the better choice over Cornette. That's because he does things much better in a manager role than anybody else could do. Jim Cornette did pull off the character well. But come on, it was repititive and boring and it was time for a change.

BANG BANG!!

Who said Foley is stale?

Foley only just went to TNA, if he was already stale, there would be something seriously wrong.

I don't really mind Cornette leaving now, I do like the guy but his constant screaming and yelling at people was kinda entertaining at first but it is getting quite reptitive in my eyes.

If Cornette does leave then the question will be if Mick Foley can do a better job but I can't even predict if he will be able to or not because both men have very different styles when it comes to being commisioner or w/e so it will be an interesting move to see how this whole Foley shareholder storyline plays out...

They (meaning Foley and Jarrett) haven't said anything about Cornette leaving or not, If he does get fired (kayfabe) from his Job, i would like for him to mange Matt Morgan.

My friends, you are forgetting something. There is currently a stable that is quite upset with the way that Foley is likely to run things. In my opinion, the Main Event Mafia is missing two things:

1. A bodyguard or enforcer.

2. A non-wrestling mouthpiece.

Number 1 - Scott Steiner.

Number 2 - Well, how about Jim Cornette? After all he did to make Foley feel comfortable, he is replaced? He must be pretty pissed...
