Good games for Wii/DS

So I now have a Wii and a DS. All I have for my DS is Pokemon Platinum and for the Wii(My family's not mine) is Call of Duty World At War. Any good mature games? I've seen Madworld and the Conduit but haven't played them. So yeah throw out some suggestions just don't mention Mario.

I really hope you can change a Pokemon's name from a trade in Heart Gold/Soul Silver or at least fucking translate it.

I know you said not to even mention Mario, but i suggest looking into the MarioPRG games on DS, they're actually really good games, and it's not typical Mario.
