Going to go with Arkham City, which is unfortunately the one I've played the least out of the three. Mortal Kombat 2 & Street Fighter 2 are both awesome though, I'm not exactly sure what I'd choose over those two, probably Kombat but it's been awhile since I've played either.

You can suggest games here but wow, the Portal games had completely slipped my mind. The first one was great (never played the second), not a personal favorite of mine but it does deserve a shout.
