This was a tough one honestly, I like both films, but Gump takes the win for me.

I still maintain that Boondock Saints is stupid and vastly overrated. At least Gump was supposed to be Blue.

Wow, I've heard that movie called many things, but "genuine" is certainly not one of them. It's not even meant to be taken seriously, yet so many people do...

Went Forrest Gump just think it is an amazing movie. Though it's one of those serious movies that can make you laugh at stuff you're not supposed to laugh at IE: Sling Blade.

The Feel good part is genuine. The rest of the movie is pretty much impossible and it actually got flack from the author for not being taken further in that direction

I love Gump, it is an optimists journey thorugh life where he doesn't see the cynical nature of the people around him and changes them all for the better.

Hard to hate that.
