Just because some critic who masturbates to Meryl Streep movies says a movie is great, doesn't mean I have to say it as well.

I'm not wrong when I say Star Wars is one of the greatest films of all time that will outlive it's creators. Doubt Fight Club has that kind of staying power......A matter of fact, this film was made in 77 and yet is still remembered fondly to this day.

Oh because I disagree with you about a film? That is so inmature, as long as I back up my views with reasoning which I do then you have nothing to complain about. And deezy the whole Star Wars is great because people still love it years later (and many don't by the way) argument is the worse possible one, because it has nothing to do with the actual film. Besides considering Fight Club has been out a much shorter time and is more of a cult film, it is not really a compearison you can make, just judge the film not the hype. Fight Club is the better film imo.

First off, hype is hype for a reason.....And seconly, if mayn don't still love Star Wars all these decaes later, then why is it on this list? why did it make it this far? and why is it winning this poll thus far?

You make a distinct COMPARISON.....One is one of the most hyped and talked about movies of the last century and one is a mere cult favorite. We talk about cult films like they deserve to be compared to juggernaut films like I should equate Troll 2 to T2.
