Is there a scum player (SP1) that can force another scum player (SP2) to out themselves or to divert attention from themselves in such a way they'll (SP2) almost always be sus'd out.

SP1 uses power on Lethal (SP2) you have to divert attention or claim a role. Lethal had to know admitting to being VT town would force us to all vote for him.
