Here is the long awaited Top Ten.
here's too ya.
10. Pain, Naruto
Pain (ペイン Pein?) is the figurehead leader of Akatsuki for Tobi, partnered to Konan and the principal figure in the tailed beast sealing ceremony. The first Pain appearing in the series is actually Yahiko, one of six different bodies collectively known as The Six Paths of Pain (ペイン六道 Pein Rokudō?). Controlled by a single conscious mind, each of the six bodies are individually named after one of the six Buddhist paths of reincarnation. All but one of the bodies have orange hair and a number of body piercings that, from a design standpoint, give Pain a "more dangerous" appearance and relate the pain of their installation to the character's name. Each also has a Rinnegan (輪廻眼?, lit. "Saṃsāra Eye"), the unique eye technique possessed by the Sage of the Six Paths. As a result, the six Paths use the Rinnegan to share visual information and coordinate attacks.
The Paths of Pain are revealed to all be corpses controlled by Nagato (長門?) who, like Konan, was an Amegakure orphan trained by Jiraiya alongside Yahiko (弥彦?) before Yahiko became Deva Pain. Nagato desired peace for the world and created the Akatsuki to fight Amegakure's oppresive leader, Hanzo. After Yahiko's death years later as a result of a trap by Hanzo, Nagato came to the realization that peace could only be attained by teaching the world the pain caused by war. To that end he adopted the name "Pain" to conquer Amegakure before killing Hanzo, becoming a "god" in the eyes of Amegakure's citizens.
All six bodies of Pain are eventually defeated by Naruto. Naruto is able to renew Nagato's faith in his late master and in the possibility of peace, prompting Nagato to sacrifice his life in order to revive the people he killed in Konoha. Nagato is later resurrected by Kabuto and sent alongside Itachi to battle Naruto and Killer Bee, but after Itachi escapes Kabuto's control he is sealed by Itachi.
9. Sasuke, Naruto
Sasuke is one of the members from the Uchiha clan from the village of Konohagakure. His whole clan was eliminated by his older brother, Itachi Uchiha, who spared his life, deeming him as unworthy to kill. When first introduced during his assignment to Team 7 in order to complete several missions, Sasuke displays a great brooding skepticism to his teammates. Feeling that his outstanding abilities, that caused others to call him a "genius", are more special than theirs, he is initially unwilling to cooperate with Sakura Haruno and Naruto Uzumaki, but later starts seeing them as useful. During his training, Sasuke starts controlling the Sharingan, an ability inherited from his clan manifested through the eyes and allows the user to see through most jutsu and imitate them. Although Sasuke becomes content with a life of happiness in Konohagakure, he never allows his ambition to gain power to leave his thoughts, always keeping them as a dark muttering. During his Part I battles, Sasuke arrogantly tests his abilities against those of progressively stronger ninja, in the process discovering the weakpoints he needs to overcome.
Sasuke in cursed seal level two form using the Chidori.
When going through a ninja exam, Sasuke encounters the criminal Orochimaru, who begins to manipulate Sasuke into his custody. He brands Sasuke with a cursed seal, which grants him a brief surge in strength and speed when active and later drastically changes his appearances in the process. Sasuke is taught Kakashi's Chidori, a collection of lightning-based chakra in his hand that serves as a rapid thrusting attack to avoid relying on the Cursed Seal. However, after Itachi's brief return to Konohagakure and his simultaneous defeat by him, Sasuke becomes dissatisfied with what he has learned as a member of Team 7. Believing Orochimaru will be able to give him the strength needed to kill Itachi, Sasuke goes to him, severing his ties with the village in the process. Naruto follows him in an effort to stop him, and the two do battle. Though he tries to kill Naruto, Sasuke ultimately cannot bring himself to do so, and instead continues on to Orochimaru's hideout.
After two-and-a-half years, convinced that he has learned all he can from his new master, Sasuke turns against a weakened Orochimaru before the latter can steal his body. Though Orochimaru attempts to force a body switch, Sasuke is able to reverse the process, absorbing Orochimaru. Sasuke forms his own team, "Hebi", to aid him in finding Itachi. Once they are able to track Itachi down, Sasuke faces his brother alone. During the battle, Itachi removes Orochimaru and the cursed seal from Sasuke's body before his death. Sasuke is then collected by Tobi, Itachi's superior, who reveals that Itachi killed the Uchiha under the orders of Konohagakure and spared Sasuke out of love, and subsequently allowed himself to be killed. Saddened with the revelation, Sasuke reunites with the members of Hebi, renaming them "Taka" with the intention of getting revenge on Konohagakure. Itachi's death also makes Sasuke obtain the advanced state of the Sharingan, the Mangekyo Sharingan, allowing him to perform most of his powerful techniques. In the meantime, Sasuke agrees to have Taka work with Tobi's group Akatsuki by attempting to capture eight-tailed beast's host, Killer Bee, who nearly kills them all multiple times and later manages to escape from them. After being informed of this by Tobi, Taka then sets out to kill Danzo Shimura, one of the figures behind the Uchiha clan's demise. After battling and nearly dying at the hands of the other Kage, Sasuke confronts Danzo, who confirms that Itachi had been working for him all those years. After Sasuke succeeds in killing Danzo, he is found by Team 7. Following a brief clash with them, he and Naruto both agree to later have one final showdown and has Tobi transplant Itachi's eyes to perfect his Mangekyo Sharingan which began causing him blindness. Following his recovery, Sasuke moves to continue his goal. After helping the revived Itachi to stop Kabuto Yakushi's army currently used in an outgoing war, Sasuke decides to investigate more about his clan to know what action should he perform for its future.

Manhattan on June 19, 1970) is the sharp-tongued wife of
Doug Heffernan (
Kevin James). Her father,
Arthur Spooner (
Jerry Stiller), lives in the couple's basement after losing his home in a fire. Carrie was born
Simone Spooner but when she was a child, Arthur lost her name in a
poker game which necessitated a switch of name with her cousin Carrie. Carrie's mother, Sophia, insisted on having "mother to Simone" engraved on her tombstone. Carrie originally had a sister (or probably, and more specifically, a paternal
half-sister) named
Sara (
Lisa Rieffel) who moved in along with Arthur, but after the first season, the character was dropped. Little is known about Carrie's mother Sophia, except that she died when Carrie was 15, leaving Carrie in a state of confusion.
After difficult teenage years, Carrie met her future husband
Doug Heffernan at a bar where she originally meant to spend the night with his friend Richie Ianucci (
Larry Romano) but ended up with Doug instead. Carrie's best friend is
Kelly Palmer (
Merrin Dungey), the wife of Doug's best friend
Deacon Palmer (
Victor Williams). At the end of the series the couple decide to adopt after struggling to conceive a child, having miscarried earlier in the series. In the season finale "
China Syndrome", Doug and Carrie decide to split up but eventually reunite after adopting a Chinese baby girl. The same day, Carrie discovers she is pregnant.

5. Jackie Burkhart, That 70's Show
Jackie is a self-centered, spoiled member of a wealthy family who can be rather insensitive to the needs and feelings of others, though is regarded by many as attractive and fashionable, about which she can be quite vain. She is one of the program's most conceited characters, and can behave quite selfishly. She looks down upon those of lower status in her school and has been said to treat them unfairly, and on the occasions she has treated them with respect she has not continued to do so for very long or only did it knowing that she could be rewarded for behaving in such a manner, such as when she ran for the title of "Snow Queen" but was utterly disappointed when she lost the election. For the most part, Jackie only
cares about herself, and fashion is among one of the few other things that she is concerned about. She believes herself to be very beautiful and appealing, and has been involved in romantic relationships with
Michael Kelso,
Steven Hyde, and
Fez at different points in the series. In the season 8 episode "
Fun It", it is revealed she has
coulrophobia (an irrational fear of clowns) ever since her seventh birthday party.

crimes, and with
Angel's help she eventually rejoins the side of good in the hopes of achieving redemption.
