When Andy says like an e-fed, I think he means that we'll have title divisions with graphics' makers in different divisions (Top division for veterans, IC division for rookies, and tag for whoever is interested). You compete as yourself, not a character, and don't have to RP, making GFX for the week is your 'RP' so to speak haha. That's how we've always done it in the past.

With that being said, I like McHenry's idea, but it would require a third party to run the league. If that can be arranged, I'm on board for that.
