To be fair, like Doink said, -PHENOM- did post this in the ratings sections about a month back. I'll just ignore the "busted my ass" comment because it may have referred to when he first made it, although unlikely.
If you think -PHENOM- is cheating, then I'll need proof to take action. Until then, everything will go on as normal.

We all know he tried to, we just can't prove it. But yes, it is his from a while back.

Only thing I can suggest to stop controversy is put your tag on all entries submitted

Not even. A tag can always be put on an already-made piece.

i feel now you again insulting me without any reason,.....i have request to take some action on this...

i don't need to cheat ....my graphics,my works says all......

Well a mod did intervene in the circumstance and removed the controversial votes. There is no insult there just fact. If you don't want to be hated don't give a reason to be.
