Other sources claim the opposite, noting WWE has stacked matches for future Level Up episodes, and no plans in place that anyone is aware of for them to stop taping matches going forward.
An additional source noted that they feel it would be a mistake to cancel the show, as it is another outlet for debuting and newer talent to get comfortable with working on television before being upgraded to the actual NXT or WWE system.
Steve Corino is reporting staying with WWE.
Cassidy Haynes at Bodyslam.net reports that WWE NXT producer Steve Corino has resigned with the company on a multi-year deal.
Corino mainly works with the tag teams at the WWE Performance Center.
The report notes, "Corino is interested in getting some NXT Talents to come in and work some potential PWF (Premier Wrestling Federation) shows."
Corino is a former NWA, MLW, and ECW World Heavyweight Champion. He retired from wrestling full-time in 2016, but came out of retirement to face his son Colby Corino in 2021. He started working with WWE in 2017.
