Hamilton's long, sometimes uncomfortable farewell to Mercedes

With Lewis Hamilton joining Ferrari for 2025, Sunday's Abu Dhabi Grand Prix marks the end of his time at Mercedes and F1's most successful partnership.

The thought of Lewis Hamilton leaving Mercedes never crossed my mind but this past Season of Drive to Survive showed Lewis being burned out with Mercedes. He will now be going to Ferrari which clearly makes them a major threat in 2025. Right now I'm like Daniel Riccardo the guy who got me into Formula 1 is gone maybe he returns in 2025 but I'll need to find a new guy to get behind.

Crazy right it feels like I entered an Alternate Universe. It's going to be hard for me in 2025 watching F1 which started in Drive the Survive Show on Netflix especially now with Daniel Ricciardo being my fav out for now.

Is Max as stroppy out the red bull racing car as well? Seems to be if what I've just read. I hope Lewis has a good season and I'm expecting big things from Lando. Always liked McLaren, since Kimi Raikkonen days as youngster. Excited for this season as it's been a tad boring with max winning.

Haha ok. I was just writing without thinking anyone was reading. Do you think McLaren have any chance this year as I've read you like motor sports and knowledge what your talking about way more than I.

I mean i hope Red Bull win again for obvious reasons lol. But, will McLaren be a serious threat this year. I expect so. But really hard to judge until after three races, Albert Park is not a great first race to gauge performance

It's a pretty slow park if memory serves me correctly. Remember a few years back watching and a lot of DNF's. Should be a fun season without doubt.
