I am somewhat concerned about the possibility of me losing hearing in one ear

lose my balance pretty easily, makes drinking or smoking almost impossible.

there's certain pitches of noises that crackle when I hear them. It sounds like someone grabs a handful of dry leaves and crunches them right next to my ear.

it's called Meniere's Disease. It's manageable but definitely a pain
