that's as far as my grandpa got, he was one of those dudes that head had an oxygen tank and the mask hanging down around his neck and smoking a cigarette

he eventually just quit on his own cold turkey because he actually wanted to quit but he died shortly after.

Yeah my uncle just decided it was time and the cold turkey was hard. I don't buy the hypnosis really worked much but I think it just helped him mentally going cold turkey
