I googled and no it's actually meant to be the suburbs I live at rn lmao outside of Dallas. But set 20 years ago I imagine that's more what it was like here, there's more progressive characters there than in east Texas

Yeah they usually do a good job of making the "both sides" argument to show you most regular folk really aren't that bad, some just get sucked into that political sphere of hate

Which means they don't show either 100% bad for both sides, there's always something redeemable
