NXT technically started on TV but when they took it off the TV and put it on the network it took another like six years or so but here’s a thing ROH had a meeting with CW they were interested in Ring of Honor but Tony didn’t want to upset WBD. That’s why it had to go on honor club. I think Tony just needs to man up a little bit and just go to them and be like do you want Ring of Honor or not? If you don’t then I have to shop it.

The interesting thing is WWE and AEW together have honestly changed the way TV perceives wrestling in the last five years. I think wrestling now is not the black headed step child it was an only like 2019. The fact that WWE can get $1 billion deal because of how valued it is as while networks like the CW have literally offered every wrestling company that I can think of to come on the channel. Live entertainment especially right now. I think is like the one thing that still gets people that tune in at a specific time on television. Very valuable.
