This happened with me tho on Crown Jewel. with the chromcast device the quality was pretty bad. it would pixelate a lot and 3 different times through the PLE it froze and buffered. idk if it was the device itself or the service.

when blurays were first a thing I downloaded a ton of blurays and just hooked the desktop up to the tv

I've watched plenty of PLEs on peacock on the roku with 0 issues. I just think the chromecast is subpar

Probably happened because of the quality of the Event

Seems like the feds don't care so much about downloads as much as they do uploads.

Witcher 3 is amazing, although it does take a while to get going
